Anticoagulation Centers of Excellence ("ACE") is an educational program intended to ensure that practitioners are informed of the best and safest anticoagulation practices. Practitioners are invited to take the assessment survey to gauge their service compared to ideal practices. The AC Forum does not grade or verify answers provided in the assessment. Test results are self-monitored, and the ACE designation is intended only to recognize participation in the program. The "Center of Excellence" designation is not an accreditation, certification, or endorsement by the AC Forum, and should not be held out to, or understood by, the public or any third party as indicative of AC Forum's opinion that those who attain it have met any particular standard of quality or achievement.
